I graduated from Illinois State University with a B.S in Eementary Education and a M.S. in Special Education. I have taught my entire career in the PBL (and Paxton) school district. I've taught early childhood special education (self-contained classrooms and the last two years integrated classes). I am currently the special needs teacher for kindergarten serving both students with IEPs and students needing intensive intervention.
I live in Paxton with my husband and our sons. We enjoy doing many things as a famiy including our boys' sports activities. I also enjoy walking, riding my bike, reading, shopping, eating out, and some day I hope to have time to start gardening again!
I truly love teaching and am looking forward to a great school year!
